- Chemical name, CAS Number and structure
- In-house synthetic procedures (notebook page copies or write-ups)
- Literature references (please attach actual papers/patents, if available)
- Quantity (for repeat manufacturing projects, please include your best estimate of annual demand and individual order quantity)
- How quickly do you need the quote and how quickly do you need the material delivered?
- Purity requirements and analytical requirements
- Regulatory requirements (e.g. GLP, GMP, etc.)
- Safety information (MSDS, etc.)
